When will my order ship?

    Products that are in stock will ship within 24 hours of receiving the order.

    Do I have to pay for shipping?

    If your order total is lower than $49.95, you will have to pay for shipping/

    What carrier is used for free shipping orders?

    Orders that qualify for shipping usually ship USPS Ground Advantage

    What if I receive the wrong product?

    If you receive the wrong product, you must let us know by calling (1 800 523-9417) or emailing (support@literacyacademy.com) within two days of receiving the wrong product. If the product has been used, we cannot accept it back because it cannot be resold. If a product is shrink wrapped, you must not open it. If it is opened, it is not returnable.

    What if I decide that I do not need the product?

    If you made an error in purchasing a product, you may return it within 30 days of placing the order. It must be in re-sellable condition. The customer is required to pay for return shipping. You should call or email before returning.
